Job description
Ethanolproducer is looking for an Application Scientist in Atchison, Kansas. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Food Science or related field and 3–8 years of experience in food applications, R&D, or product development. Responsibilities include managing technical projects, demonstrating formulation capabilities, and supporting commercialization efforts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required. This role may include occasional exposure to food allergens and production equipment.
