Job DescriptionMust acquire and maintain a Food Manager Certificate
Manage, hire, and motivate all Bartenders, Bar Servers, and Servers
Head of scheduling & daily tasks for Wedgewood Cove’s Bar and Restaurant
Oversee the preparation and presentation of food & beverages with food safety being top priority
Will be in charge of inventory and costing.
Food expediting to Wedgewood Cove high standard of appearance & quality
Make sure all cocktail recipes are being followed, and food orders are being properly delivered with consistency
Resolve customer complaints promptly
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the Wedgewood and the Cove
Oversee accurate close-up procedures and ensure necessary paperwork is complete
Organize promotional activities, and implement improvements for products and service
Attend team meetings and management meetings as required, including BEO meetings
