Food & Beverage Supervisor - Full Time

The St Louis Union Station Hotel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our vibrant hospitality team. Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Ensure outstanding guest experiences by providing high-quality service and addressing any concerns promptly.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train front-of-house staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.
Food Preparation: Assist in overseeing food preparation processes to maintain quality and presentation standards.
Bar Operations: Manage bar operations, including inventory control and maintaining a clean, organized space.
Restaurant Operations: Support the management of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Administrative Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory management as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse hospitality team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
