Food Manufacturing Production Lead (2nd Shift)Location: Hazelwood, MO 63042Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Immediate StartShift: 2nd Shift (Paid Initial Training Provided on 1st Shift)Pay Rate: Up to $30.00 / Hour | Weekly PayIndustry: Food Manufacturing, Plant Operations, Food Processing, Production LeadershipAbout the RoleExpress Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Food Manufacturing Production Lead (2nd Shift) for a growing food processing facility in Hazelwood, MO (63042).In this hands-on floor leadership role, you will guide 2nd shift production associates, drive daily output goals, troubleshoot line bottlenecks, and ensure operations run safely and in full compliance with food safety standards. To set you up for long-term success, you will complete comprehensive paid training on 1st shift before transitioning to lead the 2nd shift team.
