About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading premium dessert manufacturer in Le Center, MN to hire an EHS Supervisor. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day environmental, health, and safety initiatives within a food manufacturing facility. The EHS Supervisor will promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, support incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety programs. What You'll Do:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies
Lead incident and accident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations to identify improvement opportunities
Maintain OSHA and safety compliance records, including injury reports, 300 logs, and related documentation
Partner with leadership, HR, employees, contractors, and visitors to promote and strengthen the facility's safety culture
What You Need to Bring:
Technical Safety degree, certification, or related safety education required
Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision #SMNCareers
