Job description
Palisades Ranch, Inc. in Newport, RI seeks a Plant Manager to lead our state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient production and regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the Region President, you will own P&L, develop budgets, drive continuous improvement, and manage staffing, SOPs, and safety programs across the plant.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of plant leadership, Lean manufacturing experience, and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
