Job description
A leadership agency in Valdosta, Georgia, is seeking a Supervisor to ensure all procedures are followed for maximum productivity and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the poultry or food industry, and effective leadership skills managing 20 or more employees. Effective communication skills and basic computer knowledge are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. This role may require working weekends as needed.
