Food Production AssociateWood Personnel is currently seeking food production associates for a temp to hire, full time job opportunity for a local Manufacturer located in Lebanon. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and long term job stability.Food Production Associate Hours & Compensation: Continental Schedule (two on, two off and every other 3 day weekend) Night Shift Hours 5:45pm—6:00am $20.00 an hourFood Production Associate Skills and Requirements: Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods (12-hour shifts) and lift up to 30 lbs Strong attention to detail and reliability Must be willing to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standard Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED Must have updated resume in order to be consideredFood Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the production and packaging of food products in a fast-paced environment Operate basic machinery and follow safety/food handling guidelines Inspect finished products for quality and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work areaBenefits Offered By Wood Personnel: Weekly Pay Direct Deposit or Payroll Card Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Referral Bonus Performance Bonus Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
