Food Manufacturing AssociateNow Hiring – Food Manufacturing Associates! Join our team and help prepare quality food products in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. No extensive experience required—we're looking for dependable people who are ready to learn and work as part of a team.What You'll Do:Prepare, weigh, and label ingredients according to recipes and procedures.Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.Accurately record weights and lot numbers.Operate pallet jacks and production equipment after training.Follow all food safety, GMP, and allergen-control procedures.Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.What We're Looking For:Reliable and hardworking team players.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work on your feet in a production environment.Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.Requirements Required Skills/Abilities:Basic mathematical skills.Written and verbal communication skills. English required.Basic time management skills.Basic organizational skills.Basic computer skills.Ability to multitask.Ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to work independently in specific "work zone."Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Education and/or Experience:High school education; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:No specified requirements.Physical Requirements:Cold Temperatures: >38 F Process Area/Coolers.While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Work Environment:While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
