Job description
Cargill seeks a Food Quality Technician to support safe, high-quality food production in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will perform routine sampling, inspections, and laboratory tests on raw materials, in‑process products, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and regulatory standards. You will accurately document results, maintain testing equipment, and escalate non-conformances. Working closely with operations and safety teams, you’ll help drive continuous improvement, support audits, and promote Cargill’s culture of integrity, safety, and inclusive, innovative growth.
