Job description
H.E.B. is seeking a Food Safety Leader to oversee all food safety and compliance across perishable, non-perishable, and food service departments in a fast-paced retail setting. You will coordinate with QA, regulatory, and store teams to implement HACCP-based programs and ensure 100% compliance.
You will serve as a SQF Practitioner, manage audits, and support recalls and regulatory changes while maintaining strong collaboration with central market managers and state/local agencies.
