Job description
FreshExpress Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for supervising on-line QA Techs and Raw Material Inspectors, ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company food safety policies in a cold, wet production environment.
The ideal candidate coaches performance, audits daily reports, enforces GMP rules, and coordinates hold/release of materials while collaborating with the Quality Management team.
