The Opportunity
As our Food Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all major food safety and regulatory standards including FDA, USDA, HACCP, and our company’s Global Quality Standards (GQS). You’ll help us maintain a safe, clean, and audit‑ready environment while training and supporting our team to follow best practices.

What You’ll Do
In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep food safe, meet quality standards, and support the teams serving our airline customers.
Keep accurate quality records and track key measures for food safety, sanitation, and customer requirements.
Check daily food-handling and sanitation practices, including cooler and freezer temperatures.
Collect environmental swabs and food samples, and send them to a laboratory for testing.
Check Chef’s Table samples and portion sizes against product specifications.
Inspect workstations and service areas for cleanliness, sanitizer use, food temperatures, and required food-safety records.
Review daily food-safety logs and other records to make sure they’re complete and accurate.
Inspect dispatch areas, galleys, bonded and non-bonded areas, and equipment.
Help the Quality Manager deliver training and address day-to-day quality, food-safety, and sanitation needs.
Create clear reports, charts, and training materials that help teams spot trends and improve their work.
What We Look For in a Candidate
• Experience in food manufacturing, food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, HACCP, sanitation standards, and food safety practices
• Confidence in delivering training, presentations, and cross‑functional communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead or support audits and inspections
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and support teams at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
