Duties
Lead and manage daily food service operations, including kitchen management, food preparation, and customer service excellence.
Oversee food production processes to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Supervise Dietary staff, including cooks, aides , provide training and mentorship to foster growth.
Coordinate shift management to optimize staffing levels and operational flow during
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures across all departments.
Develop menus and oversee food presentation to enhance resident experience while managing costs effectively.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to maintain budgetary goals.
Foster a culture of teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement within the food service environment.
Experience
Proven management experience in Healthcare food service settings with supervisory responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of food safety standards and dietary requirements within the healthcare environment
