Job description
Healthcare Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Food Service Director to lead the Dietary Department in a full-time role. You will plan and direct all dietary operations, ensuring meals meet residents' nutritional needs and supervising staff to maintain cleanliness and quality.
Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a food sanitation certification, Illinois CDM, and at least two years of prior Food Service Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
