Job description
Aramark is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to lead food service operations at the FORD Kansas City Assembly Plant. This role oversees frontline staff, production, and service quality to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient dining environment. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and coaching team members; monitoring food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards; managing cash handling and inventory; and supporting cost control and waste reduction. The supervisor partners closely with clients, models Aramark’s culture of service, teamwork, and inclusivity, and helps drive continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
