What You’ll Be Doing
Develop functional mushroom ingredient prototypes and support new product development
Design and execute experiments to validate stability and performance across applications
Maintain accurate formulation records and regulatory‑compliant data
Present technical findings to internal and cross‑functional teams
Partner with external processors, suppliers, and co‑manufacturers on commercialization
Manage samples, ingredient sourcing, and detailed documentation
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
Skilled formulator with experience across RTD, RTM, bars, confections, or personal care
Strong communicator able to translate scientific concepts for varied audiences
Knowledgeable in food safety, regulatory frameworks, and GMP environments
Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects
