Job description
Ag 1 Source seeks a Director of Sales for its foodservice distribution operations in Portland, Maine. This on-site role leads a diverse team spanning field sales, inside sales, and customer success to drive profitable growth and expand into new territories.
The candidate will build disciplined sales processes, adopt a new CRM/e-commerce platform, deepen relationships with chefs and operators, and partner with the General Manager to shape the commercial strategy.
