Job description
360care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with foot care experience to provide services in skilled nursing facilities. You will perform routine nail and foot care, vascular and diabetic foot assessments, and coordinate with facility staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
You will make clinical decisions, work with our Care Coordination team, and travel to facilities as needed. A valid unrestricted NP license is required; a laptop and full office support are provided.
