DICK'S Sporting Goods in Saint Paul, MN is hiring an Assistant Store Manager - Sales (Footwear & Apparel) to lead a team delivering expert service and product knowledge while driving performance and athlete engagement.
You will coach Captains and teammates, manage payroll and scheduling, and partner with the Store Manager on hiring strategy to ensure an inclusive environment that helps athletes find the right products for performance and everyday wear.
