Job description
DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc. in Maplewood, MN is seeking a store leadership team member to partner with management on daily priorities and drive sales through strong customer service, merchandising, and omni activities.
You will participate in inventory-related actions, store recovery, and asset protection adherence to support service levels. Responsibilities include modeling CEL behaviors, coaching staff, executing opening/closing tasks, and ensuring policies are followed.
