Job description
Clear Destination Inc. seeks a full-time Assistant Store Manager to lead in the absence of the Store Manager and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll drive customer connections, mentor staff, manage daily store operations, and ensure flawless execution of company standards.
You will recruit, train, and coach associates, uphold scheduling and staffing levels, and partner with the Store Manager to meet sales and growth goals while promoting a positive, inclusive store culture.
