Job description
Summary
You have a proven track record of success in real estate sales.
You know how to generate business, cultivate lasting client relationships, and guide transactions from contract to closing with limited oversight.
Even successful agents can eventually encounter obstacles, including:
Spending too much time on administrative work
Keeping transaction files accurate, organized, and current
Managing every marketing effort without support
Trying to grow without the right tools, systems, or resources
Searching for a clear path to replicating the success of top producers
If you generate $1-3M in annual sales , you've moved well beyond the entry level-but you may be approaching the limits of what you can achieve as an independent agent.
The right platform can help you move beyond that ceiling.
Envision Your Next Level
✓ Dedicated administrative support
✓ Consistent, dependable lead generation
✓ Comprehensive health insurance benefits
✓ Access to exclusive pre-IPO stock options
✓ Advanced technology built to deliver measurable results
✓ A strategic plan for exceeding $5M in annual sales
✓ Leadership committed to your long-term growth and success
This is not merely a promising concept-it's a proven system backed by a strong history of performance.
Who We're Seeking
We're looking for agents who: Generate at least $1M in annual sales
Value coaching and pursue continuous improvement
Want consistent, repeatable performance instead of unpredictable results
Are ready to stop handling every part of the business on their own
View real estate as a serious, scalable career-not a side hustle

Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate and reliable advice.
