Titus-Will Ford Service of Lakewood is the premier Certified Ford Service Center serving Lakewood, Parkland, and JBLM. We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Technicians who want to work in a highly productive shop with modern equipment, strong support staff, and consistent earning potential. Compensation & Incentives
$65,000 – $225,000 annually, based on experience and flat rate performance
Paid Time Off (PTO) earned based on production rate

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools and service equipment
Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and timelines
Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Complete quality inspections
Qualifications
2+ years of dealership technician experience preferred
A, B, or C level technician experience including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Personal tools required
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
