Honolulu FordNow Hiring - Ford Master TechnicianPay: $35-$60 Per Flat Rate HourSchedule: Full TimeWhy Join Our Team?Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive pay that reflects your skills and determination for excellence.Quality of Life: We believe in promoting a work environment that respects your personal time and wellbeing, ensuring a balanced and fulfilling career.Personal Growth: With access to ongoing training programs, we support your career progression and encourage you to reach your full potential.Supportive Team Environment: Become part of a team that values collaboration, communication, and mutual support, where your contributions are recognized and valued.What You'll DoPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.Diagnose cause of malfunction.Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools to include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained and not normally inventoried by the service department as "special tools".Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management.Review the technical bulletins and other publications as assigned by management.Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs.Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.What You'll BringCertified Ford Master TechnicianService Technician experience, 5+ yearsAutomotive Knowledge, 5+ yearsLube and Maintenance ServicesEngine RepairAutomatic TransmissionManual Drive Train RepairSuspension/Steering RepairBrake RepairElectrical/Electrical Systems RepairHybrid/Alternative FuelsHeating and A/C RepairEngine Drivability Diagnosis and Repair (Optional)Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceTotal RewardsThis is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.The average pay range for this position is $35.00-$60.00 per flat rate hour.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
