Automotive Technician - Ford / Lincoln
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with Ford and Lincoln experience to join a busy dealership service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford and Lincoln vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford and Lincoln vehicles according to manufacturer standards
Perform inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and HVAC systems
Use Ford diagnostic equipment and service software to identify and resolve vehicle issues
Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians
Qualifications Experience working on Ford and domestic brand vehicles
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivability diagnostics
Journeyman / Red Seal license or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs
Own tools required
Preferred Experience Ford dealership experience
Experience using Ford IDS / FDRS diagnostic systems
Experience servicing Lincoln luxury vehicles
Language Fluent in English
