Job description
Experienced Ford Warranty AdministratorCentral Florida Lincoln is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator. Our ideal candidate will have previous automotive accounting experience. The ideal candidate will also be able to pay excellent attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.Job ResponsibilitiesKnows and understands the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures manualEstablishes and maintains a productive relationship with the manufacturer warranty representativesReviews every warranty repair order for completion and accuracyDetermines and enters the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, and any other administrative data requiredMonitors the use of special warranty programs for any type of abuse; diagnosis time and straight time to name a fewReviews all returned and rejected warranty claims and prepares the repair orders for immediate re-submissionMaintains a record of all claims submitted, returned, rejected, or paidProvides weekly reports to the Service Director regarding claim statusJob RequirementsPrevious automotive warranty administrative experience required "Minimum of 2 years".The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountabilityThe individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalismThe ability to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to be analytical and multi-taskSelf-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environmentTeam PlayerExcellent communication skillsReynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus but not requiredFord-Lincoln experience is a plus but not requiredMust be able to pass a background check and drug screenBenefitsPaid vacationMedicalDentalVision plansHealth Spending Account401kLife insuranceWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
