Job description
Randstad Digital is seeking a Demand & Forecast Planning Manager to lead a team and own the monthly demand forecast, translating it into purchasing and stocking strategies across product lines. The role reports to senior leadership and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Warehouse Operations.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in demand planning, strong leadership experience, and proficiency with StockIQ, NetSuite, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
