Bring your leadership and technical experience to a company that's been doing specialized commercial work since 1952 — and take ownership of quality projects with a clear path to grow.Why RegencyEstablished in 1952 — a stable company with steady, year-round workSpecialized commercial work that builds real, marketable trade and leadership skillsClear path to advance into higher-level project supervisionA supportive team where your leadership is valuedWhat You'll DoLead and supervise a crew installing commercial plumbing piping systemsRead and interpret plans and specs, and direct crew work accordingly on commercial facility projectsAssign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work meets code, spec, and quality standardsAssemble, solder, braze, and test piping — and oversee others doing the sameCoordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on scheduling and jobsite logisticsTrain and mentor junior plumbers and apprenticesEnforce a clean, safe, and organized jobsiteTroubleshoot issues in the field and make on-the-spot decisions to keep projects on scheduleWhat We're Looking For5+ years commercial plumbing experience, including prior lead or supervisory experienceJourneyman or Master plumber license preferred, but not requiredStrong working knowledge of cast iron, copper, and PVC systemsAbility to read blueprints and specs and translate them into crew-level task assignmentsStrong communication and leadership skillsAble to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying jobsite conditionsDependable, safety-minded, and accountable for crew performancePay & BenefitsCompetitive wage: $30–$50+/hr, depending on experienceProfit sharing401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Travel pay
