Empowered Electric is looking for a foreman who knows their craft and enjoys leading shoulder to shoulder with the team. If that sounds like you, we want to talk.
The Work
Lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical projects throughout the Kansas City area
Read plans, coordinate materials, and work with project managers, contractors, and other trades to keep the job moving
Set the tone for a safe, clean and organized jobsite

What It Takes
8+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, including experience leading a crew
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, conduit, plans, codes, and safety practices
Ability to lead a team, plan ahead, manage competing priorities and solve problems
Valid electrical license (preferred)
Safety certification such as OSHA 10 or 30
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening (conducted after a conditional offer of employment)
Work Conditions
Full-time role with hands-on work in commercial and industrial environments
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work at heights or in confined spaces
Some travel or overtime may be required depending on project needs
