Pipefitter ForemanLocation: Sidney, OhioEmployment Type: Full TimePay Range: $78,000 – $98,000 per yearPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter Foreman to lead and support our commercial and industrial piping projects through hands-on supervision, coordination, and quality control. This role is ideal for a skilled pipefitter with proven leadership experience who can manage crews, maintain productivity, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. The Pipefitter Foreman serves as a key connection between the field and project management while mentoring crew members and maintaining high workmanship standards.Core Responsibilities:Lead and supervise pipefitting crews on commercial and industrial job sitesPlan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew membersInstall and oversee piping systems including process piping, steam, hydronic, gas, and industrial piping systemsRead and interpret blueprints, isometrics, specifications, and project schedulesEnsure work complies with applicable codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsCoordinate with project managers, other foremen, and trades on siteTrack labor hours, job progress, and material usageMentor and train journeyman and apprentice pipefittersEnforce company safety policies and job site proceduresRequired Knowledge & Skills:Journeyman Pipefitter certification or equivalent experienceExtensive knowledge of commercial and industrial pipefitting systemsProven leadership and crew management skillsStrong understanding of pipefitting codes, procedures, and safety standardsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawingsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred Experience:Previous experience as a pipefitting foreman or lead pipefitterExperience managing crews on industrial or mechanical projectsFamiliarity with welding coordination, rigging, and equipment planningOSHA training or additional safety certificationsBenefits:401(k) with company matchHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceDental InsuranceLife InsurancePTOHoliday PayAbout The Company:Regal Plumbing & Heating is a trusted plumbing and HVAC service provider committed to delivering dependable, high-quality solutions for residential and commercial customers.
