Plumbing Foreman OpportunityWilliams is looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our crews and keep projects moving. If you're a skilled plumber who knows how to get the job done and is ready to take the lead, we want to talk to you.This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll spend your time in the field leading your crew, solving problems, coordinating the work, and jumping in when the job needs you.What You'll Do:Lead a plumbing crew and keep the job moving safely and efficientlyRead plans, coordinate materials and manpower, and make sure work is done rightWork hands-on with your crew to install and troubleshoot plumbing systemsCoordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other tradesTrain apprentices and hold your crew to high standards for safety and qualityTrack daily progress, hours, and jobsite documentationWhat You Bring:Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required)Strong plumbing experience and knowledge of the tradeForeman or crew-lead experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and troubleshoot problemsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done rightRequired plumbing licenses/certificationsWHY WILLIAMS?At Williams, we believe great projects start with great people.
