Job description
Providence Health Plan Group in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Forensic Nurse Examiner to perform medical-forensic exams and provide follow-up care coordination.
The role includes collaboration with law enforcement and community partners, documentation, and timely prophylaxis for pregnancy and STIs. Minimum qualifications: accredited nursing program, 40hr SANE training, Oregon RN license, BLS, and 2 years nursing experience.
