Job DetailsProvide leadership and direction in forging/rolling operations. Follow established corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines. Deliver consistent results to both internal and external customers.Qualifications (Required & Preferred):Education: High School or equivalent (R), Associate Degree or equivalent experience (P)Experience: 2 years hot mill rolling (R); 3-5 years manufacturing or equivalent experience (P)Areas of Knowledge: Safety, Health & Environmental (R), Labor Contract (R), Manufacturing (P), Management (R), Haynes Northside Production Operation (P), Lean Manufacturing (P), 5S (P)Skills: Written and oral communication (R), Organizational (R), Leadership (R), Computer (R), Interpersonal RelationsRole Responsibilities:1. Proactive safety-first attitude.2. Ensure compliance to all safety, environmental, AAP & EEO rules, regulations, and laws.3. Ensure compliance to plant rules.4. Direct daily operations of forge/mill crews.5. Follow all SOP's and QCI's.6. Adhere to the collective bargaining agreement.7. Maintain all needed documentation8. Schedule daily work to meet production goals.9.
