Forklift Driver / Warehouse AssociateWe're hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a warehouse position in Normal, IL. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-moving tire distribution environment with opportunities for advancement and on-site forklift training.Job ResponsibilitiesPlace tires onto conveyor belts for order processingSort and stage tires in designated locations based on order numbersMatch product numbers and quantities accuratelyWork as part of a team to maintain efficient workflowOperate a forklift after completing on-site trainingFollow warehouse safety procedures at all timesPhysical RequirementsConsistent lifting of tires weighing up to 80 lbsAbility to move approximately 2,500 tires per shiftAbility to handle over 60,000 lbs of product throughout a shiftStand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periodsWork in a physically active warehouse environmentQualificationsBasic math skills for counting inventory and matching order numbersGood vision and attention to detailAbility to perform repetitive heavy liftingReliable attendance and strong work ethicForklift experience is a plus, but not requiredWillingness to learn and grow within the companyWhat We OfferStarting pay of $18.00 per hour1st and 2nd shift opportunitiesOn-site forklift trainingCareer advancement opportunitiesStable, long-term employmentTeam-oriented work environmentIf you're looking for a warehouse job that offers steady hours, valuable forklift training, and room for growth, apply today.
