Location: Bentonville, AR
Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM - 12 AM
Overtime for all shifts a couple of times a month on Saturdays

Job Duties
Operating a Sit-down forklift to move goods between storage, production, and shipping areas.
Load and unload inventory from trailers and containers.
Conduct pre-op inspections on equipment, report damages, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Secure, wrap, and stack pallets safely to ensure stability.
Requirements
1 year of previous forklift experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 30 pounds when required.
Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
