Location: Pasco, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Multiple Shifts Available
Looking for steady work, a good team, and a job where you’re actually moving instead of staring at a screen all day? We’re hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy production and warehouse team in Pasco.
If you’re comfortable behind the wheel of a forklift, know how to move product safely, and aren’t afraid to jump in and help wherever needed, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Operate forklifts safely throughout the warehouse and production areas
Load, unload, move, stage, and organize products and materials
Move pallets to and from storage, production, shipping, and receiving areas
Keep materials flowing so production and warehouse teams can keep moving
Perform basic forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist with general warehouse or production duties as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Previous forklift experience preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Comfortable being on your feet and staying active throughout the shift
Able to work independently while still being a good teammate
Willingness to learn and help wherever the day takes you
