Concrete Form CarpenterExpress Employment Professionals is now hiring an experienced Concrete Form Carpenter to join a local construction crew. This position involves constructing and setting forms for concrete foundations, walls, sidewalks, slabs, and other structural elements. We're looking for dependable, safety-conscious professionals ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.Key Responsibilities:Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structuresRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsSet and align forms according to grade and layout requirementsSecure forms with nails, screws, bolts, or bracesAssist with pouring and finishing concrete as neededSafely operate power tools and construction equipmentWork collaboratively with crew members and supervisors on-siteMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient work areaRequirements:1+ years of experience as a form carpenter or similar role in constructionProficiency in using hand and power tools (saws, drills, levels, etc.)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks outdoorsReliable transportation and strong attendance recordFamiliarity with OSHA safety standards and site best practicesAbility to work independently and follow direction precisely
