CarpenterCurrently hiring experienced Carpenters for ongoing projects in De Pere, WI and Madison, WI. As a Carpenter, your primary responsibilities will include erecting structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), performing bolt-up, and installing metal siding and roofing systems. This is long-term, steady work paying $25–$35/hour based on skill set and experience. If you have 2+ years of carpentry, steel erection, ironwork, PEMB, or structural steel experience, apply now!Carpenter Responsibilities:Erect and assemble structural steel and pre-engineered metal building systemsSet and connect columns, beams, rafters, girts, and purlinsPerform bolt-up and structural steel connectionsInstall metal wall panels, roofing systems, siding, insulation, and trimAssist with rigging, signaling, and setting steelRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plansMeasure, layout, plumb, level, and align structural componentsOperate aerial lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and other equipment as qualifiedUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyFollow fall-protection and jobsite safety requirementsCarpenter Qualifications:2+ years of carpentry, steel erection, ironwork, PEMB, or structural steel experienceExperience with bolt-up and structural steel connectionsComfortable working at heights and outdoorsAbility to read blueprints and construction drawingsKnowledge of rigging and crane signaling preferredOwn basic hand tools and PPEReliable transportationAuthorized to work in the United StatesAbility to perform physically demanding construction workStrong commitment to jobsite safetyBenefits:Weekly payPaid time off – vacation and holidaysHealth, vision, and dental insuranceReferral bonus program for skilled tradespeople401(k)
