Job description
Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston is seeking an Associate Director of Formation and Mission to lead adult formation and ministry development for parish leaders and youth ministers. The role oversees the design and delivery of formation programs, leadership training, and online learning initiatives across the archdiocese.
The position requires a Catholic in good standing, a Master’s degree in theology or pastoral ministry, and several years of diocesan ministry experience.
