영업 관리 & 데이터 분석: 매출 지표 및 실적 분석, 예측/예산 수립, 경영진 보고
운영 & 프로모션: 영업 현장/사무 지원, 재고 관리, 프로모션 기획/지원 및 마케팅 전략 지원
정산 & 인센티브: 매출 정산, 영업 커미션 및 인센티브 프로그램 운영·관리
기타: 시장 조사 및 공급업체 연계/구매 업무, 기타 부여된 업무

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Sales Planning/Support OR Entry-level (Bilingual in Korean/English preferred)
Employment Status: Full-time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

2. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Sales Management & Data Analysis: Track key sales metrics, analyze performance/trends, forecast budgets, and report to upper management.
Operations & Marketing: Support sales operations/inventory management, process improvements, and assist with monthly marketing/promotions.
Commissions & Accounting: Process post-sales transactions/settlements and manage team incentive and commission programs.
Vendor & Procurement: Conduct market research, liaise with suppliers, and procure promotional items.
3. Hiring Process & Application
Selection Process: Document Screening ➔ Practical Interview ➔ Executive Interview ➔ Final Offer (3-month probation period)
