nFoster Care Case Manager
nNortheast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. has a full-time opening for a Foster Care Case Manager for our Malden area office to provide intensive case management to youths. Some duties will include communication and relationship building with client and all collateral partners connected with each client (schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, foster homes, etc), setting limits for youth, development of interventions, and setting goals toward individual successes in conjunction with client’s guardians, therapist and other providers. Must participate in on-call services as needed.
nRequired Skills & Qualifications:
nBachelor's Degree in the human service or behavioral science field
nLSW, LSWA, or license-eligible
nFamiliarity with trauma-informed care
nApproved CORI & DCF background checks (preformed by the EEC)
nApproved driving background check
nValid driver's license
nAuto Insurance: It is NCYF's policy for our Therapeutic Mentors to have at minimum: Optional Bodily Injury to Others (coverage part 5 on a Mass Auto policy) limits of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident, and Damage to Someone Else's Property (part 4) limits of at least $100,000 on the personal vehicle(s) used to transport clients. Proof of said coverage must be provided to NCYF prior to beginning employment.
