About the Role:
Join American Standard Foundation Repair as a Foundation Repair Driver/Crew Member in Memphis, TN, where you'll play a vital role in restoring the integrity of homes. Responsibilities:
* Assist in the installation and repair of foundation systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
* Operate company vehicles to transport crew and equipment to job sites efficiently.
* Load and unload materials and tools, maintaining an organized work environment.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are understood.
* Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks on-site.
* Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Document job progress and report any issues to the crew leader.
* Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in foundation repair techniques.
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Previous experience in construction or related field preferred.
* Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of foundation repair techniques is a plus.
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced crew members.
* Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to completing tasks efficiently.
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Bilingual is a plus
