Rodeo Dunes Founder ConciergeWhere soul-stirring golf meets the spirit of the American West. Rodeo Dunes is a public golf resort developed by Michael Keiser, owner of Sand Valley Resort. Set on over 4,000 acres of towering sand dunes reminiscent of the southwest coast of Ireland, Rodeo Dunes is set to become a world-class golf destination. Two course routings are complete – one by the acclaimed duo of Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, and the other marking the solo debut of longtime C&C associate, Jimmy Craig. Construction began in the summer of 2024. With a rollicking, sandy dunescape, welcoming Western hospitality, and inspiring long views of the Rocky Mountains, Rodeo Dunes will introduce guests to a historic - but new to many - region of Colorado. Rodeo Dunes is located less than an hour from Denver and Denver International Airport, and just a short drive from the Fort Collins and Colorado Springs areas.The Founder Concierge supports the delivery of a highly personalized Founder experience at Rodeo Dunes, serving as a consistent on-site (when in season) resource for Founders throughout their visits and ongoing relationship with the property. This position assists with Founder reservations, trip planning, on-site hospitality, account and portal support, events, and ongoing follow-up.Working closely with the Founder Services and Reservations team, the Founder Concierge helps execute the day-to-day needs of the Founder program while building meaningful relationships with Founders and ensuring their needs are coordinated across the property. The ideal candidate is a warm, proactive hospitality professional who enjoys getting to know guests personally, anticipating needs, and creating memorable experiences.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Founder Experience & HospitalityServe as a primary day-to-day resource for Founder needs and requestsMaintain a consistent on-site presence to welcome, engage with, and assist FoundersBuild relationships with Founders and become familiar with individual preferences and needsConduct pre-arrival, on-site, and post-visit follow-up as appropriateProactively identify opportunities to personalize and enhance the Founder experienceFounder Reservations & Trip PlanningAssist Founders with tee times, guest access, and reservation changesCoordinate Founder trip details, including golf, lodging, dining, transportation, and other needsAssist with future visit planning and help Founders book upcoming reservations while on propertyAssist with travel planning and coordination for other Sandborn destinations as appropriateEnsure special requests and important Founder details are communicated across departmentsFounder Accounts & PortalAssist with Founder onboarding and Founder Portal educationHelp Founders understand and utilize Founder benefits, policies, events, and available resourcesMaintain accurate Founder profiles, preferences, visit history, and communication notesAssist with Founder account and billing questions and help coordinate resolution of discrepanciesFounder Events & ProgrammingSupport leaders with planning and executing Founder-only events and experiencesAssist with registration, guest lists, reservations, communications, gifts, and event logisticsProvide on-site hospitality during Founder eventsSupport additional Founder programming and engagement initiatives throughout the yearCross-Department CollaborationCoordinate with Reservations, Golf, F&B, Marketing, and other departments to fulfill Founder needsCommunicate important Founder preferences, requests, and visit details to appropriate teamsAssist leaders with other Founder initiatives and administrative needsQualifications:Previous golf or hospitality experience preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional demeanor with a commitment to hospitality excellenceAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentInterest in growing within the golf industry and a startup resort settingPhysical Requirements:Stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods (4–6+ hours)Communicate clearly in person and via radioLift and carry up to 50 lbs regularlyOperate golf carts and other light equipment safelyWorking Conditions:Primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, wind, and inclement weatherExposure to typical golf course environments, including equipment movement and errant golf ballsFast-paced, guest-facing role requiring extended periods of standing and walkingMachine/Equipment/Tools Used:Point-of-sale (POS) systems and tee sheet softwareHandheld radios and communication devicesGolf carts and staging equipmentMerchandising fixtures and inventory systemsBag handling equipment and storage systems$27 - $27 an hour, paid bi-weekly Perks: Comprehensive Benefits Paid Time Off Complimentary Golf Retail & Restaurant Discounts Uniform Allowance Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Why Join Rodeo Dunes?
