Part-Time | 20–25 Hours per Week | Hybrid
$30–$35 per hour
Jouer Cosmetics is seeking a creative, highly organized Founder & Content Assistant to work closely with our Founder, Christina Zilber, and support the continued growth of the Jouer brand.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends social media, content creation, creative support, and day-to-day coordination. We’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye and a genuine passion for beauty, fashion, social media, and digital culture—someone who can capture beautiful content one moment and make sure all the details behind the scenes are organized and moving forward the next.
The ideal candidate is creative and resourceful, but also dependable, proactive, and exceptionally organized. You should feel comfortable sharing your creative point of view, taking initiative, and working closely with a founder in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
· Help plan, film, edit, and post engaging social media content.
· Capture polished, elevated iPhone content for Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, and other social platforms.
· Assist with selecting imagery, covers, crops, layouts, and overall creative direction.
· Collaborate with the Jouer team to coordinate content calendars, shoots, schedules, and deadlines.
· Track packages, product deliveries, samples, wardrobe, and other items needed for content creation and shoots.
· Assist with graphics, model casting, visual references, and other creative decisions.
· Stay current on beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends and bring forward fresh, relevant content ideas.
· Help keep content projects organized from concept through execution.
· Provide day-to-day support to the Founder, including occasional errands and coordination as needed.
What We're Looking For
A strong visual eye and excellent taste, with an understanding of the Jouer aesthetic and luxury beauty space.
Genuine enthusiasm for beauty, fashion, social media, and content creation.
Comfortable creating high-quality, polished content using an iPhone.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Confident sharing creative ideas and opinions while also taking direction and feedback.
Able to shift seamlessly between creative projects and organizational responsibilities.
Reliable, professional, discreet, and comfortable working closely with a founder and creative team.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Experience in social media, beauty, fashion, content creation, influencer/creator support, or working directly with a founder or entrepreneur is preferred.
Position Details
Schedule: 20–25 hours per week
Location: Hybrid – Beverly Hills, CA
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
