Job description
Luminary Montessori in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Director to lead the school's educational vision and daily operations as the first hire. You will shape culture, uphold Montessori fidelity, recruit and develop staff, manage family relations, and oversee licensing and enrollment to support a future capacity of 150–175 children.
