Job description
Formed For Sculptures seeks its first senior operating executive to build and scale a founder-led business. You will lead daily operations, recruit leaders, and institute scalable processes across sales, design, projects, marketing, finance and operations.
The founders will steer creative direction and key client relationships while you implement an efficient operating system, so daily decisions need less founder involvement over time.
