Job description
TALENTSMITHS is seeking a hands-on Chief of Staff for a mission-driven founder in Austin. This role blends executive support with operational leadership, requiring someone who can protect the founder’s headspace, manage the diary, and ensure the founder isn’t pulled into every meeting.
You will drive cross-functional projects across operations, marketing, and social media, own unassigned tasks, and push execution so nothing slips through the cracks.
