Job description
Gecko Materials is seeking a Founding Business Development & Sales Lead to translate product momentum into scalable revenue. You will own the sales process end-to-end, convert pilots into partnerships, and define how a first-of-its-kind adhesive enters the market at scale.
This role requires collaboration with engineers and product teams, and you will help build the commercial function from the ground up. Location: Los Gatos, CA (Hybrid) with US travel, approximately 30-50%.
