Oglethorpe community, and we're looking for the leader who will help introduce our credit union to the market from day one. As our Founding Branch Manager, you'll build and lead the team, establish community relationships, drive growth, and help shape Y-12 Credit Union's reputation in a brand-new market. Some leaders maintain what's already built. Others help build what's next.
What You'll Be Building
Build and lead the team that introduces Y-12 Credit Union to the Ft. Oglethorpe community.
Establish strong relationships with members, businesses, community organizations, and local leaders.
Create a branch culture that reflects who we are and how we serve.
Drive membership and business growth in a new market.
Build awareness, trust, and a strong reputation for Y-12 Credit Union.
Help create the foundation for our long-term presence in the area.
